Beyond the patents, GMDx has built the operational technology stack: a cloud-deployable implementation with proprietary AI and ML pipelines, a 20,000+ patient reference database, and an established processor for codon-context mutational analysis. The architecture supports laboratory-developed test and companion-diagnostic regulatory pathways.

WHY IT IS FOUNDATIONAL
Biological causality, not pattern recognition.
GMDx links sequence data to amino-acid structure through codon-context analysis, identifying the mutation source (APOBEC, AID, ADAR) with strand-bias and sequence-context resolution. This mechanistic attribution layer is what AI genomics models, sequencing pipelines, precision diagnostics and drug developers do not have, and what the GMDx methods uniquely provide.
